Shipping policy

Australia orders 

FREE EXPRESS shipping when you spend $200 or over.
$12 Standard shipping for Orders under $200.
$15 Express shipping for orders under $200.

Please Note we are a regional town and next day delivery is not guaranteed for express post.

Please refer to Australia Post reference for estimated delivery times below;

Standard Same State: 2-4 business days 

Standard Interstate: 3-6 business days 

Express Post Same State: 1-2 business days 

Express Post Interstate: 1-4 business days 

The shipping tracking number will be provided to you via email once your parcel has been dispatched. Please keep an eye on this tracking via the Australia Post Tracking service. If you include your mobile phone number, Australia Post will keep you updated.

We aim to have your order dispatched within 24- 48 hours of receiving your order. Please note: This excludes weekends.

We suggest providing an address where someone is available between the business hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Please Note: shipping durations can vary and delivery times are an estimate. CIELA STUDIO are unable to take responsibility for delayed arrivals once they have left our Boutique. Please talk to your local postal service who will be able to provide you with the quickest and most informed result. Be assured, the team at CIELA STUDIO are here to support and answer questions where we can.

 

Stock

CIELA STUDIO update their stock frequently. In the unlikely event that you have purchased an item and it is no longer available, CIELA STUDIO will contact you to refund you in full.
Please be mindful that images in photos are not 100% guaranteed in colour or looks due to viewing on different devices and images provided being retouched.
